Our Regular Service Operations are Monday through Friday, with weekend and emergency pick-ups available.
Roll Off Rules and Unaccepted Items
The delivery location for a roll-off container must be safe and accessible by our large and heavy-duty trucks and ultimately approved by a First Light Services driver. First Light Services is not responsible for any damages caused to surfaces due to heavy truck or bin weight.
To avoid additional charges, please stay within the weight allowance based on roll-off size. Additional charges will be assessed for return trips due to an overloaded container, blocked container, or container with unacceptable materials. Fuel charges and travel time may apply depending on location.
The material must be level at the top of the container. Nothing may be sticking out of the top, or additional charges will apply if items are not placed safely within the container. Any unaccepted items placed within containers will also be subject to additional fees.
